How to Split Canceled Items and Create Job Work Orders
This video shows you how to use Digital Wrench repair order software to manage canceled items and create job work orders.
Sometimes a customer can’t approve every part of an estimate or repair order. With our Special Jobs feature, you can:
Mark items as canceled directly in the repair order.
Automatically transfer those canceled items into a new estimate for later use.
Keep the estimate on file or delete it if no longer needed.
In addition, you’ll learn how to create a Job Work Order. This feature generates a unique invoice printout organized by job name (for example, “Replace Brakes”). Each job work order clearly lists:
If the repair order includes multiple jobs, each job prints separately with its components grouped together—making your paperwork more professional and easier for customers to understand.
