If you have 2 or more RO's that you would like to combine, you can use the Unite RO button located in the RO browse under the 1 Customer History Tab.

 

First, highlight the RO you want to combine all the other RO's into. Then, click on the Unite RO's button. The button will change to

 

 

But it will show the RO# you want to combine all the other RO's into.

Now, go find an RO you want to combine into (3482 in this case), then drag it onto the button. If the customer or vehicle/unit is different, you will get an error. You cannot combine an RO unless the customer and vehicle/unit match.

 

When you are done, you will need to delete the empty RO's. We might change that in the future.
