Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

This screen lets you choose a date range for parts that have been sold (the RO the part is associated with has been completed).

You can access this screen by going to the main screen, top menu under the inventory menu.

You can display the parts by a date range by clicking on the Get Range Button at the top. This will display the standard Date Range Selector. Click the Date you want to Filter on using the radio buttons. (It will automatically select the sold date on after selecting a Date Range). The received date is when the item was received if you used the PO system to order it. The Added Date is the date the item was added to this RO. This helps to track your inventory so you can get a report of what exactly was put in any RO's today, whether or not the RO was completed or a WIP.

You can right click on the table and click on rightclick1List Formats to create a different list format. This lets you change the order of the fields (from left to right) on the screen, or hide certain fields. Whatever list format you select here will be remembered the next time you go into this screen. Click on Default Format for the original order of fields.

You can also search for a part# or Description by typing in a Search Part# or Search Description at the bottom of the screen, then using the Query function to search. If you don't have a query you can create one. The query for the part number is 1. Screen Part# Is Equal To partnum. The query for description is created by using the manual query and typing in:

INSTRING(upper(CLIP(  LOC:SRCH_DESCRIPT )),UPPER(PAR:DESC),1,1)

for the query. This lets you search by the description and finds any description that has whatever you typed in on the Search Description.

Whatever is displayed on the screen can by printed, or sent to a spreadsheet or PDF by clicking on the SendTo Button.

If you click on the Totals Check-Mark, the screen will be totaled, and the total will also be displayed when using SendTo.

You can also click on the 'One Part' tab to see all of the highlighted part number. Use the Date Range Button and the Date Filter checkmark to view only parts that were sold during that date range.
