Credit Card Providers:

 

With any CC provider you'll need to ask them to evaluate your situation and get an estimate of the fee's and percentages they will be charging you.

 

Currently we are interfaced with Clearent. With Clearent our program will pass the amount to the credit card terminal, you then swipe/touch/enter the card#, then if it is good, an approved screen will display and the information we are allowed to store will be stored in the payment records for that invoice.

DataHealth

 

DataHealth has 2 different cloud based options you can use. First, if you want to run Digital Wrench in the "Cloud", they will setup a server and transfer Digital Wrench to that server. From then on you'll need an internet connection to access Digital Wrench. You will pay them extra for any licenses to run X amount of users at one time. This is very convenient if you do a lot of work in the field, or you have many people doing work in the field. They also backup your data daily, and that is built in.

 

DataHealth also has a cloud backup solution. This automatically backs up your data once a day to their cloud server, even if you still have the program open. That way you don't need to shut down Digital Wrench in order to back it up.
