Currently we are using a program called Splashtop to do remote control. The link is

This will download a little program, usually to your downloads folder on your C: Drive. If you save it here or save it to the wrench folder. Next time the program will simply run splashtop without having to download it.

 

Normally you should go to the Run Menu and click on SplashTop Remote Support, or go to the VMT Icon that takes you to the update screen, and click on Remote Support at the top right of the screen. (Big Button, can't miss it.)
