This option is used to Rebuild all three cash files in the event they are damaged. The information for the cash files is brought in from the completed Work Orders and is only as good as the information in those Work Orders. Run this option if one or more of the cash files have been damaged and you do not have a backup before the problem.
NOTE: You should backup your files EVERY day!! Back them up before you run this option.
