There are 3 completely different kinds of line items for RO's in Digital Wrench. Other is used for items that are not parts and not labor. Many times Other is not taxable. The Other History lets you see all other line items for all RO's in the system.

 

 

You can use many filters on the Other History, including a Query.

 

Use the Select Date Range to create a date range filter. Tick the Check to turn on the filter, UnTick it to turn off the date filter. Currently it's by the Date Completed.

 

You can use the Category Tab and select a category. This will let you view by only one category, and a date range at the same time.

 

If you right click on an item, the right click menu will display.

 

 

Click on View category, and the category will be filled in, and the Category will be selected automatically.

 

The SendTo and List Formatting is also available. Use the combination to build a report.
