When you're placing an item on order you can look at the sales history to help you decide how many items to order. You may also decide not to order the item at all if it has a poor history. A button to access this history is available from the inventory form as well.

 

The history screen shows how many items sold, when, what work order #, what category it was in and if it was in the inventory list. There will be a check if it originally came from inventory. This is a list of all parts sold on every repair order in the system. If a transaction was not completed on a particular RO, then the part will not show up in the graph. Click on the Parts History Graph button to really get a good look at the history.
