This is the entry form to add a schedule.

This is where you can add or change an event/schedule. It is designed to schedule just a generic event, or make a schedule for a technician, a customer, or an RO.

Selecting a technician is optional.

You can schedule a customer and no RO. But you can't schedule an RO without a customer. And you can't schedule a labor item without an RO. So, you will always select Customer, then RO, then Labor in that order.

When you select a technician, the color will change to the labor color (cyan is the default).

When you select a customer, the color will change to the customer color (green being the default). The appointment type will change to customer. The Subject will have the customer name or company name.

When you select an RO, the color will change to the RO color (yellow is the default). The appointment type will override to be RO, and the RO# will be copied to the note below. Also the note will add the year make and model of the vehicle if there is one.

When you select a labor item, the color will change to the labor color (Red is the default). The appointment type will override to Labor. The first 100 characters of the labor text will be added to the notes.

You can type anything in the notes. However, if you select any of the above items, those notes would get overridden.

Of course, the easiest way to add an RO is to just drag and drop it onto the calendar, then edit and just pick the labor item if you want to schedule labor.

All Day schedules show at the top of the screen in the calendar.

Reminders don't remind as of this writing (6/18/20). I'll have to remind myself to do that.
